All of our staff has the following qualifications:

• Experience working with children ages 0-36 months
• CPR/First Aid Certified
• Trustline Registration and background checks for all staff
• Monthly trainings with Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and board certified behavioral analysts (BCBA)
• Extensive knowledge of the DAYC, HELP, Vineland, Early Start Denver Model for Young Children with Autism (ESDM,) and Assessment of Functional Living Skills (AFLS) testing tools
• Various languages available including: Spanish, Mandarin, Farsi, Russian, Armenian and American Sign Language
• Infant Specialists and Direct Behavioral Interventionists with Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Child Development or other social sciences
• Assessors with Master’s Degrees in the same fields
• RTB and CPI certification for Direct Behavioral Interventionists
• Board certified and licensed Speech Therapists, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and BCBAs
• Assistants (SLPAs, OTAs, and PTAs) have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and current certification
• Licensed OTs, SLPs, and PTs
