Our staff is dedicated to providing the best services for your family. We are a diverse team that understands the complexities and individualities of each family. We will tailor our program to your needs.
All of our staff has the following qualifications
- Experience working with children ages 0-36 months
- CPR/First Aid Certified
- Trustline Registration and background checks for all staff
- Monthly trainings with Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)
- Extensive knowledge of the DAYC, HELP, Vineland, Early Start Denver Model for Young Children with Autism (ESDM), and Assessment of Functional Living Skills (AFLS) testing tools
- Services available in English and Spanish
- Infant Specialists and Direct Behavioral Interventionists with Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Child Development or other social sciences
- Assessors with Master's Degrees in the same fields
- RBT and CPI certification for Direct Behavioral Interventionists
- Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) supervising every ABA case

The Carvajal family started the company in 2008 with the goal of providing excellent services to the community and helping families of children with special needs reach their highest potential. The family works together still and is proud to service families from all walks of life.
